An Azeroth Holiday

LegionWorldMapWe plan vacations, holiday’s, road trip’s, and the greatest escape’s in our real life’s all the time. Weather its for Christmas, a special event happening in your life, a birthday, or just a quick get away during the summer seasons. We take a lot of pictures, share updates on twitter and even post to Facebook!

Since we do this in our real life’s, what about our character’s in World Of Warcraft? That is exactly the thing we will be covering in this post! Thank’s to the lovely people at Z and Cinder’s Blog challenge!

So, their question is, If you could have a holiday in Azeroth where would you go and what would you do?

My answer in the simplest form: It depends on the character! Please, allow me to elaborate!

outland negrandZephirah, my priest, role play wise has been through a lot of stuff in her life time, her Role Play story explains a lot. She has been a lot of places around Azeroth! She has slayed her fair share of demons, dragons, bugs, minions, merloc’s, wolf’s, and other various woodland creature’s, and a metric butt ton of raid boss’s. For Zephirah, she would want to go where she felt most at home. Her choice would be Outland’s Negrand. She would set up camp at Sunspring Post because it is close to the water so she can fish, hunt, and visit Halaa via a short hike.

Azadaha, the Pandaren mage, would spend a weekend at Dawn’s Blossom. Picking flowers and watch the critters in their natural environment! Most of her time she would be at the arboretum. Mostly resting, taking rather long nap’s, drinking a lot of honey mint tea, reading a book or two, maybe even some yoga and her favorite music from the locals!

Any number of my toons have spent a time in the Dark Moon Faire’s petting Zoo or at the concerts! The carousel is also a fun way to spend time with friends or even a date night with your sweetie in game!

Your WoW Soundtrack, Part 2!

kuru-the-light-hearted-e1522076443130.jpgKuru the lighthearted is a npc located on the terrace of the Shrine of the Seven Stars, Shrine of Seven Stars is the Alliance city hub in Pandaria’s Kun-Lai Summit.

Whenever I see this npc it brings forth thoughts of a particular band, The Kuru Smile.

The song, 18 Black Horses.

I vividly remember listening to this pre-raid, on a weekly basis before entering raid to defeat Garrosh Hellscream in Siege of Orgrimmar!

Featured Blog: Z is for Zeirah!

z is for ZeirahToday’s edition of the featured blog is “Z is for Zeirah”!

On Tuesday’s, Zeirah post “Random Tuesday Mutterings”, these post go into detail about what happened in gaming for them in the last week. This is not exclusive to World Of Warcraft.

While reading through the blog, the level of honesty about what had happened to her computer and various accounts being hacked was quite refreshing. That totally sucks and hopefully all of you have authenticator attached to your accounts!

Also, I would like to congratulate Z on the new mounts and achievements!
