The last two weeks have been filled with working out, work, and life being full of things to do. Something that I end up doing is meditation to collect myself. For the most part, I find it advantageous to sit in silence. Some of the time, I find something light in the background is a nice change and helps me focus.
When I am in the gym, I find myself mostly listening to classical music or something similar to what is in the video listed above. I can always count on the ‘Project Mindfulness’ youtube page to have something that I am looking for.
What is ‘Project Mindfulness’ you ask? Great question! It is a community that “aims to break through the cultural barriers of mysticism and secrecy often surrounding meditation and its related practices.”
